Supported Platforms¶

PLOSSYS Output Engine is supported on the following platforms:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2, 8.4, 8.6, 8.8, 8.9, 9.3 (RHEL)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2, 15 SP3, 15 SP4, 15 SP5, 15 SP6 (SLES)

For hardware recommendations, refer to Computer Equipment.

Hint - XFS recommended

For all supported Linux platforms, the XFS file system is recommended.

Hint - replace malloc library

When using PLOSSYS Output Engine on a Linux system we strongly advice replacing the malloc library with the jemalloc library to prevent memory leaks.
